1. Alice Ellen Cooper Dean Room - Ground floor
Specifically designed classroom and meeting room with wall mounted large white board and presentation equipment available. Will accommodate 20 seated at tables, or 30 without tables.
2. Poundbury Room - Ground floor
Designed as a classroom and meeting room with wall mounted white board. Will accommodate 16 seated at table or 20 without tables.
3. Meeting Room - Ground floor
A small room with up to four easy chairs and low table creating a relaxed environment for informal meetings. Also seats six chairs around a table boardroom style. Our Receptionist will greet your clients/guests.
4. Palmer Room - First floor
Formal meeting room which accommodates up to 14 boardroom style, as well as an area with easy chairs and coffee tables for a more relaxed setting. Room will accommodate up to 20 comfortably without tables.
5. Interview Room - First floor
Small meeting room for informal meetings or with table and six chairs boardroom style.
Hire charges (all charges are exclusive of VAT)
AECD Room, Poundbury Room and Palmer Room: £80 per day (9am to 5pm) or £40 per half day
Interview Rooms: £30 per day or £15 per half day
Rooms are hired between the hours of 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday. Requests for bookings outside of these hours by negotiation.

Note: All equipment will be made available in appropriate rooms for hirer to set up for use as required. The hirer will be responsible for the security of equipment for the duration of hire. All faults and breakages must be reported to Reception as they occur and any damages will be charged.
Refreshments are available at a small charge and must be booked in advance using the Booking Form.
Disabled toilet facilities located on both ground and first floor and lift access to all areas.
There is parking available.
Less than three months of the booked date, 50% the full hire charge will be payable
Less than one month of the booked date the full hire charge will be payable
Conditions of hire
All rooms will be set in boardroom style for you to change to suit your requirements and must be returned to boardroom style by you at the end of your meeting
In making your room booking at Hammick House, you are asked to note that instructions for evacuation in the event of an emergency are posted on the back of all meeting room doors. Please familiarise yourself and all attendees ensuring that your group leader will be able to carry out a roll call should evacuation be necessary.
Smoking is not permitted either in the building or on the premises
For security reasons all group/meeting facilitators are required to report to Reception on arrival and departure.
