Facilities for hire at Hammick House

There are a number of rooms and equipment available to hire at our Hammick House offices in Poundbury, Dorchester.

Teaching / meeting room

Alice Ellen Cooper Dean Room

Cooper Dean room

Well equipped meeting room, accommodating 20 seated, or 30 seated theatre style.

Palmer Room

Easy chairs and coffee tables for an informal relaxed setting. The room will accommodate up to 30 people

Charges (all charges are exclusive of VAT)

£80 per day (9am to 5pm) or £40 per half day (9am to 1pm or 1pm to 5pm) Monday to Friday.

Out of office hours hire by negotiation.

A smaller meeting room is available, accommodating up to six people.

Charges (All charges are exclusive of VAT)

Hire at £30 per day, or £15 per half day, Monday to Friday.

Refreshments are available at a small charge.

Disabled toilet facilities located on both ground and first floor and lift access to all areas.

There is parking available.

Up to one month before booked date, then half the cost of hire will be due.

Within one month of booked date, then full cost of hire will be due.
