This now well-established 60 mile road run through some of the most beautiful parts of Hardy’s Wessex (Dorset) is organised by Transport of Yesteryear.

Run as a charity event, all profits go to the Weldmar Hospicecare Trust. The entry fee is £5 per vehicle.

Weatherbury Roofing of Dorchester are once again sponsoring the event.

The organisers are inviting all classic vehicle owners to join them for this annual event. This includes:

  • cars
  • commercials
  • motorcycles
  • PSVs

The tour starts at the premises of Auto Express International Limited at the Hamton Farm Business Park, Higher Bockhampton, Dorchester. Hot drinks and breakfasts are available at the start.

The finish, as always, is in Weymouth where cars will be met by the Mayor of Weymouth and Portland on the Esplanade. The cars will then proceed to Lodmoor Country Park for a short static display at approximately 3pm

You can request an application form online, or contact the event organiser and vice chairman of Transport of Yesteryear (Nick Aplin) on 01305 260038 (evenings only please).
