Midnight Walk terms and conditions

Conditions of entry, rules and regulations

Participants must be at least 14 years old
Anyone under the age of 16 years must be accompanied by a parent/guardian who must also be registered for the walk
If you want to walk with friends as a team please try to apply together and use the field in the online form to let us know your ‘Team Name’
Registration fee - Age 14 to 18yrs - £12 Adults - £14 (early bird fee - £16 after 30th April 2013)
The tee shirt provided can be embellished in any way you wish or left as it is – the wackier the better
If you are unable to walk you must inform us as soon as possible and return your sponsorship form even if it has no entries. You must not ‘give’ your place to another person
You are not permitted to use any of the sponsorship money you raise to pay for your expenses. You must pass sponsorship monies, together with used and unused sponsorship forms, directly to Weldmar by 30th September 2013
The Midnight Walk is not a race and therefore no walkers are allowed to run or jog. You can power walk but no walker must pass the nominated lead walkers who will set a pace
Unfortunately we cannot accommodate dogs on the walk, except guide dogs
Please note that photography and filming for publicity purposes will take place throughout the event. By taking part in this event you authorise the future use of your picture for publicity purposes
