Complementary Therapies
Weldmar Hospicecare Trust offers the benefits of complementary therapy at home or
Hammick House to patients, carers and bereaved who meet certain
criteria and who find traveling difficult.
All the complementary health practitioners are trained and
experienced and are registered with a recognised organisation.
They have also attended our own training course and have cleared
various recruitment checks.
How does the scheme work?
At your first consultation, a comprehensive
history will be taken by a qualified practitioner to ensure
that you receive the most appropriate treatment for your needs.
The service is free for the first 3 treatments. Should you
wish to continue after 3 treatments, then a private arrangement
must be made with your practitioner.
