Are you a relative or carer of a patient who receives care and support from Weldmar Hospicecare Trust? If so we would like to hear from you.

We are committed to providing support not only to our patients but also to other significant people in their lives, particularly relatives or carers. We are keen to provide the sort of support that you as a relative or carer would find most helpful.

We think there are a number of ways in which we could further develop the support we offer to relatives and carers. For example:

coffee mornings
support groups
emotional support
social events
