Admininistrator, Community Nurse Services An experienced secretary or administrator with an understanding of medical terminology and patient care. You will need to provide a range of secretarial, communications, information, secretarial and project support to the two lead nurses and across the whole team of 13 specialist palliative care Community Nurse Specialists. You will be required to have a wide range of administration and secretarial skills, including experience of handling emotionally sensitive and difficult communications within a relevant field, and the ability to use your own initiative as the team are out and about within the community and you will need to handle situations and problems in their absence.

Executive Officer A confident and experienced administration manager with an understanding of corporate governance. You will need to be able to provide a range of project management, relationship management and governance support to the Chief Executive, ensuring and facilitating the smooth running of the CE’s office and of the Directors Group and other senior forums. You will be responsible for ensuring that the CE receives PA support, whether personally or through delegation to more junior staff. You will need to be either a graduate within a relevant discipline (eg business, marketing) combined with significant post-graduate experience and expertise enabling you to work across several differing work areas, or have a range of administration management, project coordination, communication and information skills gained through substantial experience.
