A Weldmar Tribute Fund is one way of celebrating the life of a loved one

Named after the person who has died, it gives friends, family and colleagues an opportunity to raise money to directly help Weldmar Hospicecare Trust provide care for other patients with life threatening illnesses.

Family and friends can also be invited to contribute in any way they can, for any length of time, in whatever way feels right for them.

How to set up a Tribute Fund

Any donation, however big or small, can be placed in the Tribute Fund you set up, and you can choose many different ways to contribute. Some people choose to simply make regular donations to the fund, others prefer to take part in sponsored activities like the London Marathon or sponsored walks. Any type of event or activity can be organised, and a dedicated member of staff will be on hand to support you and manage your Tribute Fund.
