Light up a Life
Join us as we light up our tree at St Michael's Church, Lyme Regis
St Michael the Archangel
Christmas can be a very special time for sharing memories and thinking of those close to us. We invite you to join in remembering loved ones and absent friends at our Light up a Life service at St Michael’s Church, Lyme Regis.
Christmas is one of those special times when we remember those who are dear to us but who have sadly died. Our Light up a Life Services provide you and your family with the opportunity to reflect and remember someone special. This year we have seven Trees, each of which will be illuminated with hundreds of tiny white lights, each light representing treasured memories – learn more about all of the services on the Light up a Life web page.
As in the past we would like to invite you to dedicate a light on these trees in memory of loved ones, friends or colleagues regardless of whether the loss is recent, some time ago, or if the person being remembered was cared for by our staff. Many people find that sponsoring a light is a positive way to remember whilst at the same time helping Weldmar Hospicecare continue to provide vital support to our patients and their families in their time of need, whether they require care in their own homes, in the community, at our day services or as inpatients at Joseph Weld Hospice.
How to dedicate lights
You can dedicate and donate online from the New Year onwards
Dedications may be requested until 31st December 2019
