The Old Rectory

One acre of informal garden surrounds this Victorian ham stone house. Nestling in hilly farmland it has a wooded backdrop and far reaching views. The garden is well tended with a walled area, lawns on different levels with plenty of seating and a large well-stocked rockery. Beyond a small orchard, at the bottom of the garden, there is an attractive area with a pond and a Japanese style summer house. The pond is fed by a stream with woodland behind. A further acre, half of which features a wild flower meadow with intersecting paths, also has a productive vegetable garden and small wooded copse.
