It is also to help the users of our services and other stakeholders to see how we work to improve the service we give.
Our patients receive support from many different sources during their journey and the quality of the service they experience may be determined by the interaction of different providers as much as by any one provider alone. This report on activity in 2018/19 covers areas where we alone are responsible and it follows the statutory requirements of the regulatory authority. We hope it will be of interest to our community, our service users and commissioners.
