Weldmar Hospicecare is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated administrator to support the People Services Team. Initially to be based in our office in Dorchester then moving to our new building in Weymouth, Trimar House, in the summer.
The post holder will provide administrative support as delegated by the People Services Adviser at all stages of the recruitment process, in collation and retention of staff data, DBS checks and professional membership whilst adhering to General Data Protection Regulations. You will be responsible for providing an efficient and supportive receptionist service to staff and visitors to Hammick House and Trimar House with the assistance of a team of volunteers.
Experience of providing administrative support in a demanding HR, reception or customer care environment with competing demands and interruptions is desirable. The post holder will have the ability to plan and organise a range of administrative tasks, including compiling statistical information and will have an excellent understanding of customer care and confidentiality.
